We have been restoring floors across Hampshire for many years, working from our base in Farnham. Most of our customers are homeowners, although we also restore floors in schools, village halls, shops and other commercial properties.

Scratches, dents, discolouration and years of general wear do not usually mean a floor needs replacing. We inspect it first, explain what can be restored and recommend the right treatment for the material and its condition. That might involve sanding, grinding, polishing, cleaning or applying a new finish.

Solid floorboards, parquet and engineered wood can often be brought back to life through professional sanding and refinishing. Many people worry about the dust, but our dust-controlled sanding equipment captures almost all of it at the machine. In most cases, you can remain in the house while the work is carried out.

Natural stone floors can lose their depth and shine through surface wear, ingrained dirt or the wrong cleaning products. We restore stone through careful grinding, polishing and finishing, from granite and marble to limestone, terrazzo and other natural materials. Once we have inspected the floor, we will explain what has caused the problem and exactly what is needed to put it right.

Ceramic and porcelain tiles can also become dull over time, while grout gradually darkens and becomes harder to clean. Professional tile and grout cleaning can restore the original colour and improve the overall appearance of the floor. We will also give you clear advice on how to look after it afterwards.

Every job is planned around your home or business. For commercial customers, we can arrange the work around opening hours wherever possible to keep disruption to a minimum.

The initial visit is free, and the quotation is fixed once we have seen the floor. We are fully insured, protect the surrounding areas while we work and leave everything clean and tidy when the job is complete.
