Fleet’s Victorian and Edwardian terraces and semis are some of the most characteristic housing in north Hampshire. Fleet’s Victorian and Edwardian housing is a particular strength for us. Original pine boards in the terraces, often wide, thick and in remarkably good condition once the carpet comes up. Oak in the larger semis and detacheds. Parquet in the inter-war properties. All of these sand and refinish well.

For Fleet’s newer housing, including Church Crookham, Elvetham Heath and the private developments, we also work on engineered wood, which is restorable subject to the wear layer. We check this at the site visit.
