Wood floor sanding and refinishing can bring solid boards, parquet and engineered wood back to life. The old finish is removed, the surface is repaired and prepared, and a fresh protective finish is applied.

Many older Surrey homes also have limestone, marble, terrazzo or other natural stone floors. These can often be restored through careful grinding and polishing. If you are unsure what type of stone you have, we can identify it during the initial visit and explain the most suitable approach.

Ceramic and porcelain tiles, along with grout that has darkened over time, can often be transformed through professional tile and grout cleaning.

Whatever your floor is made from, we will explain how to care for it once the work is complete. The right aftercare helps protect the finish and keeps the floor looking better for longer.
