The team start by stripping the older coatings on the hardwood or engineered wooden floor by sanding the whole surface several times with a drum belt sander using different coarse grit papers which levels out the floor, if needed, so the boards are of even height. This part of the process includes edge sanding up to the skirting boards and hand scraping corners and edges that the sander has not reached. We also will fill up any gaps if necessary.

After the sanding and vacuuming is finished, we will refinish your wooden floor with a range of water-based sealers, lacquers, oils or stains.
